Exhibiting


Exhibiting at an AWEA seminar is easy, effective, and economical.


Almost everything you need for your exhibiting experience is provided in the booth package, including two full conference passes (approx. $1,200 value). Booths cost $2,600 and can be reserved using the Booth Reservation Form.




Location and Floor Plan

Exhibits are usually setup just outside the session rooms, either in the foyer or adjoining ballroom.


Exhibitor placement is determined based on the order reservation forms are received. No booth or table top assignments will be given out ahead of time, as exhibit locations are subject to change. Once onsite, there will be a signs designating booth locations.


Exposure

All breaks, breakfast, and the evening reception will be in the exhibit area. Lunch is usually held in a separate space nearby, but attendees often mingle in the exhibit areas before and after eating.

Booth Package:

  • 10' x 6' space (sufficient for a pop-up booth, pull-up banners, or table top display)

  • 6' draped table

  • 2 chairs

  • Standard electrical outlet

  • Listing on the event website, hyper linked to your company's website

  • Full listing in the seminar printed program

  • 2 Full Conference Passes (approx. $1,200 value)



Booth Layout and Design

Exhibitors receive a space 10' in length x 6' in depth. This is a space only booth, and won't come with pipe and drape or hard walls. Any solid object above 4' in height must be placed in the back half (3') of your booth. There is a maximum booth height of 10'.


Simple booths such as pop-ups and pull-up banners are highly recommended. If you have any questions, please contact exhibition@awea.org.


Conference Passes

Outdoor Demonstrations
At some of our seminars we provide outdoor demonstration space, which is perfect for displaying new technologies and techniques. For information on demo opportunities, please contact exhibition@awea.org.
